Job Title: L&D Operations Administrator
Location: Manor Royal, Crawley (hybrid once trained )
Contract: 12 months (option to go perm)
Rate: £24,928.32 P/A

About the Role:

 This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where you’ll play a key part in delivering smooth and effective Learning & Development services across the business. This isn’t just admin — you’ll be at the centre of coordinating training activities, ensuring records are accurate, and helping colleagues have the best possible learning experience.

you’ll also act as a go-to point for L&D queries, support process improvements, and help keep things running behind the scenes so the wider HR and L&D functions can deliver at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Deliver consistent, timely, and accurate transactional support for all L&D processes.
  • • Manage customer queries via case management systems, phone, and in person — always aligned to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • • Coordinate training activities: bookings, invites, cancellations, attendance tracking, and certifications.
  • • Maintain compliance and reduce disruption by ensuring robust process delivery.
  • • Provide reporting on activities and performance, and help identify areas for improvement.
  • • Support L&D process improvement and automation efforts.
  • • Own and resolve learning-related queries, escalating where appropriate.
  • • Collaborate with wider HR Operations and Learning Hub teams to support overall business objectives.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in an HR Operations, L&D, or Shared Services environment
  • Used to working to targets, SLAs, or KPIs
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
