MT Shift Supervisor

Morson Talent currently have an opportunity available for an MT Shift Supervisor to join our defence client based at RAF Odiham.

Responsibilities and Requirements include the following:

• Shift Supervisor responsible for managing a shift pattern
• MT booking management and general administration support to Mechanical Transport (MT) Flight Royal Air Force Odiham
• Work a shift pattern of two days, two nights and four off
• Cover for other shift shortfalls on their 2nd and/or 3rd day off
• Drive an airfield support ambulance category C1 (training provided)
• Deal with customers in person and fielding phone calls
• Excellent administration experience ideally within a technical/engineering type environment, i.e. car garages etc
• Competent IT user to be able to use various training systems (training provided)
• C1 licence is essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• PCV Desirable
• Conversant with drivers hours and working time directive

Contract Duration: until March 2025 at present, likely extension for a further 12 months initially
Hours of work: The two day shifts are 0700hrs to 1900hrs, with the nights being 1900hrs to 0700hrs
12 hour shifts.
2 x 12 hour day shift then 2 x 12 hour night shift then 4 days off.
