Morson Talent are recruiting several production operatives for our aerospace client based in Hilsea, Portsmouth.

Role – Production/Assembly operative

6 months rolling contract

Standard Day shift £13.51 per hour

Overtime may be available after a training period of three months. (Enhanced Rates)

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products following standard working processes and adhering to required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble products according to standard working processes
  • Ensure all work meets the required specifications
  • Maintain a high standard of Health and Safety in all duties
  • Conduct tasks with due care and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Experience in a production or assembly environment is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Awareness of Health and Safety regulations
  • Ability to follow standard working processes and specifications

Shift Pattern & Standard Hours: Day Shift 7.30 am to 4.15pm

37 Hours per week split over 9 Days – 5 Days one week 4 Days the next week rotating weekly

Week 1 – Mon – Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7.30am – 4.15pm

Week 2 – Mon - Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday 8 hours 7.30am – 4pm
