Manufacturing Operative

Morson is currently recruiting for several Production Operatives for long-term temp to perm contract roles with our aerospace client based in the Hilsea area of Portsmouth.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products, following standard working processes and adhering to required specifications. Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Enthusiasm and commitment to the role is essential.

Applicants must be comfortable working with chemicals and have a high level of attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble products according to standard working processes

Ensure all work meets the required specifications

Maintain a high standard of Health and Safety in all duties

Conduct tasks with due care and attention to detail

Requirements:

9 day fortnight totalling 74 hours

Week 1 – Mon – Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7.30am – 4.15pm
Week 2 – Mon - Thurs 8.25 hours/day 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday 8 hours 7.30am – 4pm Hours can be flexible at managers discretion.
