Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement digital processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation
  • Design and optimise digital workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
  • Conduct regular process audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on digital tools and systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital process engineering within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience:

Previous experience in digital process engineering within the aerospace or manufacturing industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in process optimisation and automation techniques
  • Familiarity with digital tools and software used in engineering processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Certifications in process engineering or related areas

Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be based in an office setting with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities. Standard office hours apply, with the possibility of additional hours during project deadlines.
