Job Summary
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems in military vehicle platforms. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure innovative, high-quality, and robust engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and systems for military vehicles.
Conduct structural analysis, material selection, and performance assessments.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to support production and assembly processes.
Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving for mechanical failures.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including 3D models and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners for component selection and integration.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical system performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in mechanical design, preferably within defence, automotive, or heavy engineering sectors.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, materials, and thermodynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding and machining.
Familiarity with defence standards and regulations is desirable.
