Packaging and Part Marking Operator

Morson Talent are working closely with a well known F1 Team who are looking for number Packaging and Part Marking Operators to join their Operations/Quality Control Department 

Details:

-Rates: £15.33p.h (+ £2.08 holiday pay) OR £20 Umb

-Shifts: Days, nights and weekends

-Contract Length: Initial contract running until Feb 2025 (with possibility of extension for the right candidate)

-Location: Oxfordshire

Job Purpose/Objectives:
- Accurately mark parts using various methods as specified in engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure parts are packaged with appropriate protection.
- Update the system upon task completion.

Key Accountabilities:
- Perform high-quality part marking on valuable components using both automatic and manual equipment.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) to ensure correct identification and packaging.
- Update Work Order bookings systems.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Health and Safety policies.

Skills:
- High attention to detail.
- Strong reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in an engineering environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and **MS Dynamics 365** (preferred, but training will be provided).
- Experience with **Keyence laser engravers** (preferred, but training will be provided).

- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
