Job description

Work with Client to understand the project scope and vision.

1.15 Prepare and report commercial/financial data in line with Client processes, including liaison with Client finance partners

Attend and record meetings minutes and allocate actions accordingly

2 Project and Programme Management Responsibilities
2.1 Accountable for the development and delivery of capital projects from conception to completion, reportable to the Head of Project Delivery.

- Establish and maintain a high performance culture.
- Lead up to 6 project professionals plus ~50 contractors through project execution contracts.
2.4 Accountable for Capital Project delivery at airport.
- All projects delivered to agreed baseline with appropriate resources.
- Deliver the annual £Xmillion CAPEX plan within +/-5%.
- Support programme efficiency against agreed cost to serve targets and external benchmarks

Champions HSE, Deliver as Promised and People Development
2.6 Plans, prioritises, and manages multiple projects, enabling delivery as promised with business case benefits realised
2.7 Prioritises tasks, assign team members to projects, and use the teams overall resources effectively to help meet project deadlines.

Selects, leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of project managers to be able to deliver projects on-time, within budget and according to project specifications.
2.9 Evaluates changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project, and authorises decisions within project budgets.

Leads the most complex or critical projects monitors progress and performance against the project plan identify and resolve operational problems and minimise delays.

Coaches and mentors project team staff and assist them to solve problems.
