General Operative

We are seeking Basic Skilled Highways Operatives for temporary to permanent placements on Gloucestershire Highways. The positions are based at depots in Bamfurlong and Moreton-In-Marsh within the Gloucestershire region. The successful candidates will be involved in various manual labour tasks, primarily in outdoor environments. Experience in sectors such as construction, waste management, or factory work is advantageous. A full driving licence is mandatory, and training will be provided, including LGV driver training. Please note that a drug and alcohol test will be conducted before starting. The pay rate will be adjusted to match the National Minimum Wage.
