Architect / Senior Architect – MDG

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect / Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires good knowledge in Revit, experience in commercial or industrial projects, and the ability to independently manage projects while liaising directly with contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Utilize Revit efficiently for design and documentation (successful candidates will be required to complete a Revit test).
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Respond to client and contractor queries, providing technical expertise and problem-solving solutions.
• Work primarily from our Hemel Hempstead office (2-3 per week).
Requirements
 ? 10+ years of experience in architecture.
 ? Good Revit knowledge (test required).
 ? Experience in commercial or industrial projects (not residential).
 ? Ability to manage projects independently and handle client/contractor communication.
 ? Availability to work at least 2-3 days per week in the Hemel Hempstead office.
 ? Strong portfolio showcasing relevant project experience.
Contract Details
• Duration: 6months (renewable).
• Rate: negotiable(Umbrella).
