Resident Liaison Officer

Join our client as a Resident Liaison Officer for sites across OX1.

The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our clients teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works/ refurbishments due to take place in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Point of Contact: Ensure residents are informed at every stage of the project.
Customer Care: Address resident complaints and offer support to vulnerable individuals.

Full-Time, On-Site Role

Requirements:
Must-Have: Full driving license and personal vehicle—properties are spread across Oxford (OX1, OX2, OX3, OX14).
Mileage Reimbursement: Claim your expenses weekly.
CSCS Card: Must be in date or willing to obtain

Competitive Pay:
£18 p/h PAYE Direct
£22.53 p/h via Umbrella
