Highways Site Manager

Location: Preston (North West and Cumbria)

Duration: 10 months

Rates: £300.00 - £340.00 per shift CIS

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Highways Site Manager to oversee and manage highway construction and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership to manage labour, plant, and materials effectively. You will be responsible for the preparation and approval of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, manage subcontractors, and ensure the quality of work in areas such as highways, roads, and bridges.
