The Opportunity
Working closely with the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers, you’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating PQQ and tender submissions, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
As a valued member of the Work Winning team, your role will contribute directly to securing exciting civil engineering projects across the Wiltshire region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate and manage PQQ and tender submissions in line with internal processes and deadlines
Support the development of high-quality written content – including case studies, CVs, and project profiles
Ensure accurate record-keeping, progress tracking, and audit trails for all bids
Collaborate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to deliver compelling submissions
Support briefings and bid progress meetings, tracking agreed actions
Maintain and manage Themis (Document Management System) to support future submissions
Assist with document control and administrative support to the wider bid team
Oversee the final production and submission of bids (hard copy or via electronic portals)
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a similar Bid Coordinator or Proposal role
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of civil engineering or construction is advantageous, but not essential
