The Opportunity

Working closely with the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers, you’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating PQQ and tender submissions, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

As a valued member of the Work Winning team, your role will contribute directly to securing exciting civil engineering projects across the Wiltshire region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage PQQ and tender submissions in line with internal processes and deadlines

  • Support the development of high-quality written content – including case studies, CVs, and project profiles

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, progress tracking, and audit trails for all bids

  • Collaborate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to deliver compelling submissions

  • Support briefings and bid progress meetings, tracking agreed actions

  • Maintain and manage Themis (Document Management System) to support future submissions

  • Assist with document control and administrative support to the wider bid team

  • Oversee the final production and submission of bids (hard copy or via electronic portals)

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar Bid Coordinator or Proposal role

  • Strong communication and organisation skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

  • Knowledge of civil engineering or construction is advantageous, but not essential
