Senior Architect
Primary Activities:
-Support project leaders in the delivery of all designated projects to the required quality standard utilising identified tools, processes, assigned resource and methodologies.
-Prepare and develop conceptual design proposals under the direction of the project leader as well as preparing presentation material, including 3D images for presentation to the client.
-Attend client, stakeholder, and design & construction team presentations, workshops, review meetings, and commercial meetings (including potentially those overseas) under the direction of the project leader prepare and develop technical, tender and construction level information to meet the project/client brief in compliance with all statutory regulations, including planning, building regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.
-Undertake the general administration, filing and referencing of all project related information and communications Manage your projects, setting deadlines and coordinating the design deliverables to meet these.
-Liaise with clients and other external stakeholders regarding relevant aspects of projects.
-Undertake training and development in line with personal and professional requirements as identified between you and your line manager.
-Undertake any other duties as assigned by your line manager in support of work undertaken by other service streams in the company.
-Prepare project reports for project lead and clients. Identify and, in conjunction with others, manage risks and issues that may affect successful project delivery. Undertake site visits to review progress and provide good technical solutions to issues that arise on site (subject to project scope of services).
-Collaborate in design discussions on all projects

-A proven ability in the use of Autodesk Revit in the documentation of complex building construction and component assemblies.
-Experience of preparing information in relation to complex healthcare buildings and systems Familiarity with HBNs and HTMs for a range of healthcare facilities.
