Construction Project Manager

Anderselite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial and logistic projects. This permanent position requires a candidate who is willing to travel and stay away from home as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project programmes, ensuring high-quality construction standards, liaising with statutory authorities, and maintaining site operations to budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Skills:
Project management experience from groundworks to completion
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage large teams
Strong organisational and scheduling abilities
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
High standard of quality control
Proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
Experience in industrial/logistic projects
Willingness to travel and stay away from home
Client-facing and commercial awareness

Degree in a relevant discipline (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.)
CSCS Black Card
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Membership with a professional organisation (e.g., MICE, MRICS, MCIOB) is desirable
