Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with us are positive. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with various teams, including project management and construction, to ensure timely responses to customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of customer care processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the customer care team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
