Mechanical Site Manager

Mechanical Site Manager – Freelance – Watford – circa £300 per day – Start November 2024

AndersElite are seeking a Mechanical Site Manager on a freelance basis to work for a key client on a healthcare project in Watford. This is a site based role, five days per week (Mon-Fri), on a de-carbonisation project.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the mechanical works, specifically installing air and water source heat pumps, and connecting pre-fabricated plant rooms. This will be until the completion of the project which is expected to be January 2025.

Following this there will be more projects to manage in the Greater London area and the potential to take permanent employment if this suits all parties.

This position is available from 28th October or ASAP thereafter.

It is advantageous for candidates to possess relevant qualifications, including SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS for site management, in order to apply for this role.

It is expected that suitable candidates will be offered circa £300 per day at the commencement of this role which will initially be freelance / self employed. Weekend overtime may also be available.
