Property Surveyor

Location: Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, permanent 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking a Property Surveyor to join our client’s team, focusing on general repairs, voids, and capital works.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys to assess the condition of properties, focusing on general repairs and maintenance needs.
Manage void properties to prepare them for re-letting, ensuring standards and regulations are met.
Oversee capital works projects, monitoring progress and quality to ensure completion within budget and timeframes.
Prepare detailed reports and specifications for repair works.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate repair activities effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience in property surveying, specifically in repairs and maintenance.
Strong understanding of building construction and repair processes.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
