Production Operative

Morson are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Segensworth, near Fareham. This is a contract role initially for 3 months plus. 

Production Operative 

Shift pattern: 

6am-1.30pm Monday-Friday week 1

1.30pm-8.55pm Monday Friday week 2

Rates:

 £14.48 plus £1.75 holiday pay , increasing to £2.53 holiday pay after 12 weeks 

Duties:

• Operating of personalisation and embossing machines
• Quality inspection
• Vault operations and goods receiving and shipping.
• You’ll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities
• A week in the life of a Production operative:
• You’ll complete daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines and surrounding areas.
• You’ll operate the machines and/ or processes and rigorously follow the standard work for each of these tasks
