Onsite Stock Coordinator

Morson Talent are looking for an Onsite Stock Coordinator for our Plymouth based client.

As the Onsite Stock Coordinator, you will work full time, for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday at their customers site, ensuring that the PPE stock is managed accurately and replenished to the required accuracy.

Please note this role will involve driving a van, as such full driving licence and confidence to drive the vehicle is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management and replenishment of PPE locations across customers site, checking replenishment stocks to ensure accuracy
  • Raising of replenishment orders as required daily, via automated stock reports
  • Efficiently managing time to ensure site sites PPE levels are maintained daily
  • Monitoring stock reports and making proactive suggestions to the site manager to deal with obsolete, slow moving, overstocked, zero stock or exit products
  • Maintaining professional housekeeping standards of all inventory and locations across the customers site
  • To communicate relevant customer information to the Arco team
  • Liaising directly with both the customer and Arco Site Manager to ensure a high level of service is maintained and any site challenges are highlighted and actioned
  • Complying with vehicle servicing requirements and maintain the appearance of their company vehicle
  • Delivering first class customer service

The ideal Onsite Stock Coordinator will be/have:

  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • Experience within stock management would be greatly advantageous
  • Experience of manual handling in a delivery environment or similar
  • Experience/ confidence to drive goods vehicle
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise with customers and site manager
  • Excellent IT skills/ knowledge with the ability to adapt to new systems
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manager your own daily/ weekly workload

Work Arrangement

Temp-to-perm position

£12.60 p/h + eligible for up to 10% annual bonus

40 hours per week Mon-Fri
