Along with the opportunity to be mentored and coached by some of the smartest minds in the industry.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with engineering principles, company standards, customer contracts, relevant specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Report on technical scope performance, ensuring project milestones and objectives are met, and highlighting any variances from the baseline plan.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure that engineering works meet contract quality, safety, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Engineering Delivery: Manage the delivery of engineering and design solutions, ensuring they meet safety, cost, schedule, and business benefit objectives.
- Technology Integration: Ensure flawless integration of Urenco’s core technology with other project technologies to achieve business outcomes.
- Commercial Integrity: Protect Urenco’s commercial interests by applying industry best practices in contracting strategies, supplier selection, procurement, negotiation, and contract management.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead knowledge retention and transfer within Urenco by conducting lessons learned reviews, promoting continuous improvement in planning and scheduling practices across the company.
