Job Title: Administrator

Rate: £15.78 per hour
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Term: 12 months (with the possibility of extension)

Hours: 37.5

Job Purpose:

The project involves transferring payment accounts, extracting consent information from documents, and aligning this data with the relevant records. The position also requires handling customer inquiries and supporting managers and other stakeholders with administrative and technical tasks.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the project.
  • Accurately interpret consent documentation and input new consent records into systems and document management systems.
  • Extract and integrate consent records from various electronic sources with precision.
  • Deliver documents or consent data to internal and external stakeholders within agreed service levels.
  • Support stakeholders with administrative and technical assistance as required.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with internal and external customers across various platforms, managing inquiries efficiently within set targets.
  • Actively participate in performance reviews with your line manager.
  • Attend team meetings and monthly briefings to stay informed and engaged.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in PC literacy, with the ability to learn and use various systems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of working under pressure within a focused team environment.
  • Able to work independently, solve problems, and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has solid technical and organisational skills. An awareness of legal aspect related to consent is beneficial.
