Data Management Administrator – Bootle
Morson Talent are excited to be recruiting for a Data Management Administrator to join our team supporting a key client in the energy sector. This role is based at the Bootle office and offers an opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring compliance and efficiency in data processing for smart metering operations.
Role: Data Management Administrator
Location: Bootle
Contract: Full-time, until February 2025
Salary: £11.44 Per hour
Reports to: Data Management Team Leader

Role Purpose:
As a Data Management Administrator, you will be responsible for validating and processing all incoming and outgoing data flows, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will support the day-to-day operations of smart meter installations by maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate completed meter installation jobs to meet contract, company, and client standards.
• Process assigned volumes throughout your shift and take on additional tasks as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with client representatives.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and best practices.
• Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Health & Safety:
• Promote and maintain a positive health and safety culture.
• Attend necessary training to perform your tasks competently.
• Adhere to relevant health & safety policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Prior experience in the utilities sector or knowledge of power and gas supply (desirable but not essential).
