We’re hiring Customer Service Advisors to join a busy Domestic Sales & Service team based in Birchwood, Warrington.

What We’re Offering
Salary: £24,500 (pro rata) + bonus (OTE £400 per month)
Location: Birchwood
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
2 in 4 Saturday mornings (with a half-day off in lieu)
Contract: Fixed-term until the end of March 2025
Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing a domestic customer base by:

Delivering outstanding customer experiences across calls, email, web chat, and other channels.
Cross-selling and upselling products to meet customer needs and maximize sales.
Managing customer inquiries and objections with empathy and professionalism.
Staying informed about products and services to provide expert advice.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from all backgrounds as long as you can commit to the role until the end of March 2025 and bring the following qualities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven mindset
Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
Confidence in managing customer objections and cross-selling opportunities
Minimum qualifications: GCSE Maths and English
No Experience? No Problem!
Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential. If you’re eager to learn, enthusiastic, and committed, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
