We are seeking a responsible and skilled HGV Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle for the distribution of construction materials between the site compound and various work areas in Bridgwater. Drivers will return the vehicle to the Exeter depot each weekend. This role requires an individual who is diligent, dependable, and capable of working independently. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from both Bridgwater and Exeter to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Skills:
Full clean driving licence.
Valid category to drive a 7.5-ton lorry.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong communication abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Good problem-solving skills.
Experience with logistics and delivery operations.
Physical fitness for loading and unloading materials.
Customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
