MEP/M&E Design Manager

Anderselite are currently working with Tier 1 Contractors (working in Joint Venture) who are seeking an MEP/M&E Design Manager to join their Civils/Rail division.

The ideal candidate would have either Civils, Rail, Infra or Tunnelling experience but the client are open to seeing people from different sectors/disciplines.

Locations; North Acton and South Ruislip

Salary ideally up to £60k + Package (could be some flexibility).

Job overview
- Experience of design management for Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.
- Experience of detailed design within an MEP setting
- Have a knowledge of relevant policies and standards related to MEP Design
- Experience of working within a large scale self assured design environment.
- Capable of working independently and proactively to progress works but also skilled at working collaboratively with other integrated team members and external stakeholders for the overall benefit of the project.
- Experience in the management of the implementation of the requirements of the Construction and Design Management Regs 2015 in design
- Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Document Control Systems, Auto CAD, Navisworks and Projectwise).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust communication style to suite receiver.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
