Location: Remote (30% travel in the EMEA region, but predominantly to Western Europe) The role is opened to Ireland, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain

About the Role
As the EMEA Quality & Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Quality & Compliance programs across a leading Global Strategic Account within our client’s Corporate Services division. You’ll ensure adherence to GxP regulations, manage quality investigations, and support teams across multiple regions, ensuring best practices in compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Quality & Compliance Programs – Develop, implement, and train teams on compliance initiatives across the EMEA region.
• Ensure Regulatory Adherence – Oversee quality investigations, including change controls, audits, documentation management, and customer complaints.
Support New Site Mobilisations – Provide quality & compliance guidance for new site launches.
• Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight – Manage electronic QMS processes for the client, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct GxP, QMS, and compliance training for our client and client teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyse compliance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting & Risk Management – Deliver monthly reports on regional compliance trends and audit results.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or facilities management within regulated environments.
• Strong GxP knowledge with expertise in quality management, compliance auditing, and risk assessment.
• Ability to develop reports, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Confident communicator with the ability to train and engage multinational teams.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
