Location: Reading
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term

Are you a compliance expert with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high standards?

We’re looking for a Compliance Assurance Manager to support a major facilities management contract, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoys conducting audits, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting audits of compliance records (both self-delivered and outsourced) to ensure full adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Performing gap analysis and developing action plans to address any shortfalls.
  • Maintaining structured documentation to ensure all compliance activities are fully demonstrable.
  • Supporting business-as-usual compliance activities while driving continuous improvement.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture in line with company values and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong technical background in compliance, with experience in compliance auditing, contract mobilisation, or demobilisation.
  • A solid understanding of ACOPs, statutory legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
