What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing for the Future: Create innovative mechanical solutions that optimise energy efficiency, comfort, and safety in schools and commercial spaces.
Overseeing Projects: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including detailed service specifications, tender documentation, and full contract administration duties.
Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to deliver integrated and sustainable designs.
Conducting Surveys: Undertake surveys to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
Embracing Sustainability: Promote environmentally friendly practices and explore opportunities for renewable energy integration.
