A&P Group – Falmouth, Pipefitter

We are currently looking for Pipefitters to start at A&P in Falmouth on a Permanent Basis.

Starting salary circa £33k per annum rising to £35k per annum from April 2025 + overtime and shift premiums

Job Summary

  • Install, repair and maintain piping systems onboard skips according to engineering specifications
  • Fabrication and assemble pipes using specialised tools and techniques
  • Conduct pressure tests and inspections to ensure integrity and safety of pipework installations and repair
  • Prepare work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment
  • Previous experience in a shipbuilding/marine/heavy industrial environment would be advantageous
  • You’ll need the ability to understand technical drawings
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • You’ll be absolutely committed to ensuring health and safety in your work
  • You’ll have excellent teamwork and communication skills
