Rates: £36.00 per hour Umbrella / £27.21 per hour PAYE

Morson is currently recruiting an Industrial Process Engineer for our Aircraft Manufacturing client in Broughton. 

The Role
As an Industrial Process Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the industrialisation of Single Aisle aircraft modifications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting industrial impact assessments for modifications, including processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Collaborating with design teams to ensure industrial capability meets key targets for recurring costs, production rates, quality, and safety.
• Preparing documentation for milestone gate and design reviews.
• Supporting the introduction of modifications into production.

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in product assembly industrial systems.
• Knowledge of wing airframe processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and constraints.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in a CAD/CAM environment.

Desirable Skills
It’s a bonus if you also have:

• Experience with CATIA V5.
• Knowledge of SAP APD / ARP for ME Planning & Configuration Fundamentals.
• The ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
