Job Title: Site Receptionist
Contract: 6 Months
Salary: £13.88 PAYE per hour
Job Overview:
The Site Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for site security and visitor management. This role is critical in ensuring a safe and efficient environment by coordinating site inductions, overseeing office administration, and supporting test and evaluation activities. In case of an emergency, the receptionist will coordinate the timely response of emergency services. Additionally, they will manage customer hospitality and ensure seamless site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Stationery & Office Management
Manage and order stationery on a weekly basis, maintaining appropriate stock levels within budget.
Order printer consumables and report any equipment malfunctions.
Book deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
Visitor Management
Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors, ensuring compliance with Visitor Notification Forms (VNF) and PPE requirements.
Manage the site induction process, maintaining accurate records of all arrivals and departures.
Liaise with internal and external contractors to ensure adherence to site rules.
Inform visitors of site rules, expectations, and safety procedures.
Customer Hospitality & Room Bookings
Prepare meeting rooms for external meetings, including arranging refreshments.
Accept and manage meeting room bookings, maintaining the Site Meeting Room Diary.
Ensure conference room schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum of 2 years of proven office administration experience.
Proficiency in general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Experience in onboarding new site staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
SAP experience (desirable but not essential).
