Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Pay Bracket: £60,000k - £70,000k DOE

Location: West Horndon, Brentwood

Responsibilities as a Senior FP&A Analyst:

• Lead the preparation and management of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights that help improve business performance and drive strategic goals.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Support strategic decision-making with scenario analysis, financial modelling, and forecasting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and reporting processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in FP&A to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in FP&A, ideally in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial finance with the ability to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable handling large datasets.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights in high-growth environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confident communicator, able to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and process improvement focused.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python is a plus.
