Shopfit Site Manager

Anderselite is recruiting an experienced Site Manager with a background in shopfitting to lead and manage high-quality retail and commercial fit-out projects. This role requires regular travel across the UK and will involve staying away from home to oversee sites and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations in quality and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
- Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare site documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of materials and labour on-site.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site management, specifically in shopfitting or fast-track fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., CDM, RAMS).
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications are essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK and stay overnight as required.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
