Total Rewards Consultant

Core tasks and job responsibilities:

  • Help update country base pay ranges including work on excel based tool, review of market data, produce data analytics, identifying anomalies, co-ordinate local reviews with reward team members in the regions and managing deadlines for timely completion
  • Supporting the annual pay review process including preparation of planning groups, system readiness and testing, advising business facing HR on process, reporting on completion, budgets anomalies etc.
  • Support Reward Partner in meetings, data analytics and day to day advice to HR business partners

Skills and experience required:

  • Highly analytical and numerate with strong Excel skills and an ability to move from data insights to solutions.
  • Ability to take ownership and use own initiative to achieve objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and tasks
  • HR Technology skills in Workday, Marketpay or similar HR/analytic tools is a plus
  • Experience of pay structures, pay reviews and benchmarking also a plus
