Architectural Technician

 Rate: Outside IR35
 Location: Central Manchester
 Contract Length: Initial 6 months (potential extension)
 Project: Large-Scale Leisure Development

We are seeking an experienced Revit Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a leading architectural practice on a contract basis in Central Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile, large-scale leisure project.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
Work across RIBA Stages 4-6.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs.
Utilise Revit preferred to develop technical details.
Address technical challenges and coordinate design solutions efficiently.

Requirements (ideally you will be able to demonstrate):

✅ Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician / Technologist on large-scale projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
✅ Proficiency in Revit (non-negotiable).
✅ Experience in leisure, hospitality, or similar large-scale projects is advantageous.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
