Position: Business Assistant (PA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Region Director and Commercial Director, supporting a team of 1400 staff members.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
- Minimum commitment of three months.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in start and finish times.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of two years experience as a PA or in a senior administrative role.
- Business Administration NVQ level 3 preferred.
- Membership of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) is desirable.
- Experience working in a large business and providing support to senior management.
- Strong event planning, travel coordination, and meeting planning skills.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality at all times.
