Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Structural CAD Engineer for a role based in Hemel Hempstead, focused on Temporary and Permanent Works. The successful candidate will be engaged in using Revit Structures on high-profile temporary works schemes, as well as some permanent works projects. Starting ideally within the next couple of weeks, the candidate must have both AutoCAD and Revit Structures experience. Extensive temporary works knowledge is not required, but some experience is beneficial. The role involves converting analytical models to BIM models in Revit for drawing production, including General Arrangement (GA), sections, and details. The candidate must be diligent, with a good eye for detail and experience in quality assurance in design and modelling.

Proficient in Revit Structures
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience in structural/civil 3D modelling
Experience in concrete GA and steel frames modelling
Experience in temporary works modelling
Ability to convert analytical models to BIM models
Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work on high-profile projects
Experience in both temporary and permanent works schemes
