ROLE
• Computational Designer
Project/Design Responsibilities
• To work directly with the Creative Director of the Design Studio in a collaborative Computational Design Unit
• To perform computational design and advanced 3D modelling with complex geometries
• To perform material and building system research and participate in the co-ordination and preparation of project specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Talented, ambitious, and committed individual with an interest in working with a highly creative and free-thinking team
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Architecture and Computational Design.
• A clear work history and/or portfolio of professional development and learning.
• Experience in designing complex and iconic design projects.
Minimum Requirements:
• Fast track Rhino modelling and design skills
• Proficient with Grasshopper (ideally also Dynamo)
• Familiarity with programming languages like C# and Python (or interested in learning it)
• Experience with interoperability between Rhino and Revit
• Advanced knowledge of VRay, lightroom and photoshop required (aftereffects and premiere experience is preferable)
