Technical Coordinator

Anderselite are seeking highly motivated candidates to join a growing regional business as Technical Co-ordinators based out of either Cardiff or Bristol.

You will report to the Technical Manager and assist in managing and ensuring the effective delivery of mixed tenure residential developments from a technical discipline. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable leading meetings and presenting to clients, senior leadership within the company and to all levels of the business.

About the Role
The role will comprise of providing assistance to the Technical Manager in providing technical management and timely progression of mixed tenure residential projects through prestart stage to physical start on site and to provide support to the build stage accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
Process design information and maintain document control and issue.
Coordinate and assist in management of the design team and specialist subcontractors.
Process Manage design interfaces between packages.
Technically evaluate scheme proposals ensuring planning and building control matters are addressed.
You will have experience in new build in both private sale and social housing markets build coupled with knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards and legislation.

A high degree of skill in co-ordinating the distribution of information is required, and you will be a proven team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision. CAD drawing capability would be desirable, however is not essential.
