Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all commercial aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, valuations, and cost reports.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial targets are met.
Provide accurate cost forecasting, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with NEC3/4 contracts and other contractual frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector.
Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A detail-oriented and proactive approach to commercial management.
