Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? We’re representing a well-established consultancy that delivers high-profile projects across the public and private sectors, including residential, commercial, and educational developments.

The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring clients receive expert advice and cost management. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Cost Planning & Feasibility – Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, tenders, and life-cycle costing analysis.
✔️ Tender Management – Preparing and reviewing high-quality tender documentation.
✔️ Contract Administration – Managing post-contract procedures, variations, and final accounts.
✔️ Stakeholder Engagement – Building long-term relationships and providing strategic advice.
✔️ Risk & Compliance – Applying risk management techniques and ensuring compliance with relevant contracts and legislation.

What You’ll Need:
✅ Degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
✅ RICS Membership (or working towards Chartered status)
✅ Strong contract knowledge (NEC3, BCT)
✅ Experience in a similar consultancy or construction role
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software
✅ A valid site card (or willingness to obtain one)
