Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for Principal Contractor on the High Speed Rail London Tunnels Programme.

6 Month Contract - Inside IR35
Based Euston, London - Hybrid working arrangements

Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC Contracts Experience essential.
NEC3, Cost management, forecast reviewing & major project experience, driven & challenging mindset.
Main Contractor and Heavy Civils experience.
Strong MS Excel Skills required.

Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial administration of the Reinforcement Design Package of with a value of £15-20m.

Key skills:
-NEC3 major project experience
-Management/coordination of multiple subcontractors associated with this package of work
-Excel skills to manipulate significant volumes of data
-Ability to track and trace the original budget and performance/movement from that budget
-Identification of recoverable change from the client
-Tenacity and drive to break down barriers
-Ability to create relationships across the project to collate data from different sections of the project into a centralized reporting function
-Experience in reporting and presenting data to a wider audience
