Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Architect (RIBA) or Architectural Technologist (CIAT) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience with proven job-running capabilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in various sectors, with a particular focus on sport/leisure and education.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead/manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
Develop and present design concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
Utilise REVIT software for 3D modeling, documentation, and project coordination.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:
RIBA Chartered Architect or CIAT Registered Architectural Technologist.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrated job-running experience.
Proficiency in REVIT software is essential.
Experience in sport/leisure and/or education sectors is desirable but not critical.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
