We have an opportunity with one of the UK’s biggest Retailers who have a network of branches nationwide. Here you will join their long-term digital transformation programme.
Here you will be responsible for designing and delivering AWS based high level and low-level technical solutions for an important domain within the business. As a result, end to end experience of application development and extensive knowledge of AWS serverless technologies will be a must.
Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices across multiple technology domains.
• Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms and very explicitly AWS, with in depth knowledge of serverless architectures and services.
• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security principles, encryption techniques, authentication mechanisms and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead technical discussions, facilitate decision-making, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Industry Experience: Experience of working in the retail sector would be advantageous.
• Education: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (associate or above) would be preferred.
