Senior Project Manager

Anderselite are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise residential projects for a leading Tier 1 contractor. In this role, you will report to a Regional Project Manager and be responsible for client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and managing the commercial aspects of the projects. You will have full ownership and accountability from the pre-construction phase through to successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, liaising with Site Managers and Statutory Authorities, ensuring quality control, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring efficient site operations within budget constraints. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly high-rise residential buildings, and have proven expertise in leading large teams.
