We are currently recruiting multiple CAD and BIM Technicians within the water sector, looking to speak with talented individuals who are interested in securing a role working on AMP8, over the coming 5+ years.  

In this role you will contribute to the development of detailed 3D models and technical drawings for water and wastewater treatment construction projects, including Water Treatment Works, Sewage Treatment Plants, CSO’s, Reservoirs, Tanks and other associated infrastructure. Previous Water experience is therefore preferred.

Candidates will possess experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and have proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks for 3D Modelling. A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline is preferred, along with a strong ability to produce accurate and detailed 3D and BIM outputs.

Ideal skills will include:

• Proficiency in developing detailed 3D models
• Experience with technical drawings
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment construction projects
• Expertise in BIM (Building Information Modelling)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with Navisworks
• Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Software Experience required:

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Navisworks

Preferred Certifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline
