Anderselite is recruiting for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor within the Severn Trent region. This permanent position involves working on clean and waste water projects, supporting the commercial team in managing costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining high standards and quality. As part of the role, you will collaborate with project managers and engineers to oversee cost management, risk assessment, and subcontractor agreements, contributing significantly to the success of water infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
Experience in the water industry

Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Contract management software (e.g., Asite, IFS)
Certifications & Standards:
BSc or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent construction-related subject
Relevant CSCS Card
Preferably ICES or RICS accreditation
