Senior Product Analyst (Oracle ERP)
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in office in Warwick)
Rate: £500/day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle ERP application. The successful candidate will play a key role in 3rd line support, system configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
Working within an ITIL-driven environment, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutions, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide 3rd line support for Oracle ERP within an ITIL framework.
- Manage system configuration, data setup, and issue resolution.
- Track and manage incidents and requests via ITCS Remedy or similar ITSM tools.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure service levels (SLAs) are met.
✅ System Enhancements & Development
- Collaborate with Product Owners & Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, test, and implement Oracle ERP system changes and improvements.
- Support data migration from legacy systems to Oracle ERP.
- Maintain technical documentation on system configuration and processes.
✅ Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure application data complies with GDPR and security policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and performance monitoring to optimize ERP operations.
✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Proven experience in Oracle ERP R12, with expertise in modules such as:
- Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, iProcurement, Purchasing, Time & Labour, Warehouse Management.
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills for querying, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working within an ITIL-driven service management environment.
- Knowledge of data migration, integration, and system configurations.
- Ability to analyze, document, and implement system changes effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Oracle certifications in relevant ERP modules.
- Experience with Oracle BI, Discoverer, or XML Publisher for reporting.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP.
