We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in understanding Supply chain processes and technology.

The Client is a leading supply chain company who have been operating for over 80 years with around 12,000 employees globally, in over 60 countries.

Here you will predominantly engaged in transforming their processes and systems in the ‘back-end’ of their supply-chain. The scope includes up stream processes with their suppliers, and downstream to our customers. Technology will be important, but there will be an even greater need to focus on their processes, and how they can standardise, digitise to remove variation and waste.

Key stakeholders sit in Supply-chain, Technology Services, Digital, regional & global teams as well as their suppliers and customers, so very broad.

Key Accountabilities
- 5+ years experience as a Programme Manager leading complex programs (ie, global/cross-functional multi-disciplinary programs)
- Excellent background in Supply-Chain/Logistics specially within the technology space.
- Plan, mobilise and deliver projects to time, cost and quality targets, in-line with applicable policies and best practices
- Ensure that solutions are identified (be they technological or business process changes) to meet business requirements.
- Manage project-level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Create and uphold the required project documentation.
- Manage project stakeholders and ensure alignment with other initiatives which enable the programme
- Feed results and insights from the various projects back to key stakeholders, such strategy and programme roadmap can be adapted as required.
